What we do
A Funkwagen wedding isn’t a DJ turning up with a speaker.
It’s a fully produced evening — the lighting, the atmosphere, the energy, the music — all working together.
We work across Scotland’s finest private estates, castles, country houses, and marquee settings — as comfortable in a historic ballroom as a stretch tent in a walled garden.
Our wedding evenings typically include:

For couples planning a marquee wedding, we work in close partnership with Stretch Tent Scotland — our official tent partner — to create beautiful, fully integrated outdoor spaces. Our catering partner Ginger Snap brings exceptional food to complement the occasion.
We’re used to working in complex, multi-space venues and alongside other suppliers. Everything is coordinated properly, arrives on time, and is set up without fuss.

The weekend wedding
More and more couples are turning their wedding into a full weekend experience — and we think that’s one of the best ideas in the industry.
Our iconic 1960s VW Camper DJ booth fits perfectly into the day-after party or BBQ. It’s relaxed, it’s different, and it gets people talking. Whether it’s a garden, a field, or a country estate — the bus arrives, sets up, and the party starts all over again.
